The most important thing to realise with Fears and Phobias is that the reason why we have these experiences is that at sometime, or somewhere or heard from someone, that “something” is dangerous or could hurt us in some way.
Your mind is only trying to protect you and keep you safe.
However, what you may have learnt as a child has no value to you now and may prevent you from living life to the full. You need to know at the deepest level that you are secure and safe.
Hypnotherapy can help you at this deepest level of understanding that you are safe and secure and release you from these fears and phobias that no longer serve you.
Sometimes, these fears and phobias are so deep they become trapped physically in the body. So, in conjunction with Hypnotherapy Carol may use a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is a quick and efficient way of releasing stuck emotions.
